This week Andy talks about one of his favorite Pizza/Steak and Cheese places, Tony's Pizza in Raleigh, NC where they might let him make a pizza one day. David and the Mrs. try El Chilito in Austin, TX where David finally ate something that was as spicy hot as they claim. David and Andy both talk about the awesomeness of Jason's Deli. Andy and David are back, (finally) talking about comedy and great places to eat while on the road performing it. Andy takes us to Birmingham, AL for some great Tips & Chips at Dreamland BBQ. David flies to British Columbia and first stops in Vancouver at one of his favorites, Jinya Ramen Bar. Then he and the Mrs. go to Squa7mish, BC (the 7 is IN THE NAME) and have a bite at Match Eatery & Public House. Andy heads to Punta Gorda, FL where he had a "Fat Boy Breakfast" at John Ski's House of Breakfast & Lunch. Finally David is back in Squa7mish at Howe Sound Inn & Brewing Co. where he ate a lamb burger. Be sure and listen to Andy's idiocy on sports as usual and we almost review Taco Bell! Enjoy!

This week Andy talks about being on the road with Jimmie "JJ" Walker and they stop in Atlanta GA at Daddy D'z BBQ Joynt. David then discusses the Taco wars in Austin, TX as he goes to Torchy's Tacos like President Obama did. We then talk wings and great places to get them including Buffalo Wild Wings, Wild Wing Café and Pluckers Wing Bar. David casually mentions that the BBQ Institution known as Franklin's THAT HE NEVER WENT TO in Austin has BURNED DOWN! And There's a moment in here where David loses his connection and the timing is hilarious. Enjoy!

Andy and David are back talking comedy and food and great places to eat while on the road performing. David starts us off in Dubuque, Iowa at a Tony Roma's where he had a very delicious Memphis Burger. Andy then finally made it to the much anticipated BACON THEMED RESTAURANT in Kannapolis, NC, Crispy's Bar & Grill where he had their signature Steak & Cheese Wrap along with some other goodies Greg the owner let him try. The whole experience was awesome! Finally David heads down the road from his house in Austin, TX to Catfish Parlour, where David got... the Chicken Fried Steak. There's lots of talk about about "Onion Loaf" and be sure and stick around for the story of the slightly bigoted fellow Andy hung out with by accident. Enjoy!

Then Andy swings by the mountains of NC to perform and eat a great Buffalo Chicken Sandwich at McGourty's Pub. David then takes us to a place where he and the family are known by name. A Chinese restaurant in Austin, TX known as Twin Lion. And finally I head back to Kill Devil Hills, NC where Dusty Slay and I demolish some pizza and garlic knots every night, and Andy ate one of the best brownies EVER at one of the few places that is open late in the Outer Banks, Sal's NY Pizza. Andy and David are back after a little Summer break talking about comedy and great places to eat while on the road performing it. Andy starts us out in the Outer Banks of NC in Kill Devil Hills at a small joint called Food Dudes Kitchen where the fish tacos are awesome and the hot sauce is even better. David then tells us about his family vacation to London England where he just had to go to Café Rouge because Andy talked it up so much. He also loved the Croquet Madame with the Emmental Cheese! David enjoyed his daily coffee from Costa Coffee while in London and you must listen to the story of how he and the family ended up at 5 Guys Burgers & Fries after abandoning a different American Restaurant. Andy then talks about a place he discovered in Nags Head, NC not too far from Food Dudes called Biscuits N' Porn where they serve... well... you know. And after two failed visits, he finally had some delicious biscuits. You have to hear the story of the Hoopty Car with the lovely mural in the window that David and his wife encountered while in Colorado Springs, CO. This was a very funny episode if we do say so ourselves. Enjoy!

David and Andy are back talking Comedy and great places to eat while on the road performing it. David starts us out in the mountains of Colorado in Manitou Springs at a great spot called Creekside Cuisine & Craft Beer where he and the Mrs. split some Salmon and Risotto. Andy then takes us to Charlotte, NC where he meets up with local comedian Roxanne McDonald and they talk shop at Pinky's Westside Grill. He enjoy's a great burger and fried pickles and she enjoys... an Iced Tea? Back in Colorado Springs, CO David takes us to Front Range Barbeque where he enjoyed some pulled pork and the wife enjoyed some pulled chicken. Finally David takes his friend and feature Ed Hill and his wife to the Skirted Heifer in Colorado Springs where the burgers have so much cheese they create skirts. Sounds like a dream come true. Andy talks about his great show with Keith Alberstadt and and his horrible Mexican Restaurant experience. And find out why you don't tell Olympic jokes in Colorado Springs. Enjoy!

This week Andy and David sidetrack from their normal restaurant talk and discuss all things bacon. It's one of the greatest meats ever discovered and deserves it's own episode if not it's own podcast. Andy tells you the best way to cook/bake bacon so that it comes out cooked evenly and tasting delicious. We discuss different types of bacon, chocolate covered bacon, crispy versus soft and more. There's even a discussion of a new bacon themed restaurant, Crispy's Bar & Grill that looks to be a road trip in Andy's future. Don't miss the Great Wolf Lodge and water park discussion. BACON! Andy and David are back talking comedy and great places to eat while performing it. Andy starts us out in Kinston, NC where he stopped with his Indian Princess and gave Kings BBQ Restaurant another try and they didn't disappoint. David then takes us to his house where he made what he claims were some of the best ribs ever, and he used organic ribs that had been "hugged every day and sung to." Andy then goes back to Kinston, NC on a separate trip to check out the infamous Chef and The Farmer from the famous PBS TV Show "A Chef's Life" for his 20th Anniversary with his wife. It was awesome! Then David makes us drool over Deep Dish pizza in Austin, TX (of all places) at Mangia Pizza. Don't miss David's family trip to Six Flags over San Antonio where he almost died and we learn that Andy is of course a giant scaredy cat. Enjoy!

Andy and David are at it again, talking comedy and great places to eat while on the road performing it. David starts us out this week initially in Colorado Springs, CO at Loonees Comedy Corner where he was a judge in the World Series of Comedy. Then he finally made it to a gig in Durango, CO with Jon Stringer where they performed at the Historic Strater Hotel, and later ate at Steamworks Brewing Co. where he enjoyed a fantastically spicy burger. Andy then takes us back across the country to Raleigh where he tried a new BBQ joint sone guys had been talking about called City Barbecue, and he was not disappointed when he ordered the "More Cowbell." David and Andy talk about how hilarious Greg Hahn is, and don't miss the story of Andy's first and probably last time golfing, oddly enough at the prestigious  TPC Sugarloaf. Enjoy!
